Vince Lombardi famously stated; “Winning is not a sometime thing; it’s an all the time thing. You don’t win once in a while; you don’t do thing right once in a while; you do them right all of the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.”
Safety
RCI takes safety very seriously. We have invested in our policies, training, equipment, tools, and technician training to ensure we are setting an industry leading standard for safety while minimizing any operational impacts on the services we offer our clients.
RCI is constantly pursuing mentors to ensure we attain our intended goals. One individual who had passed before either of the founders had even been born made a particularly profound impact on them. When explaining what it takes to be number one, Vince Lombardy famously stated, “winning isn’t a sometime thing, it an all the time thing”. At RCI, we believe Safety and Operational Excellence are synonymous with winning. Just like winning, you are not safe, and you do not achieve operational excellence every once in a while. It is a continuous and never-ending pursuit.
Based on Vince’s quote, with 360 representing a circle, a shape that is continuous and never ending. RCI developed our RCI 360 Program to document our core behaviors and philosophies critical to maintaining our safety and operational culture.

There is no value without opportunity. However, we must plan and develop to ensure we are ready to make the most out of every opportunity that comes our way.
